VARTA, the Victoria Assisted Reproduction Authority, announced a few days ago that new legislation was implemented that gives all people access to their biological origin, independent from when they were conceived. This is a world-first, as legislation in other countries only banned donor anonymity as of the date new legislation was introduced.
